General booking regulations

Customers may book services at Lotus Pearl Massage through our official website, hotline, WhatsApp, or the spa’s social media platforms.

When making a booking, you are kindly requested to provide complete and accurate information, including: full name, contact phone number, preferred time, type of service, and any special requests (if any). Providing accurate information helps us prepare the treatment room, therapist, and necessary arrangements to deliver the best possible service.

After receiving your request, our customer service team will confirm the appointment via message, phone call, or email. An appointment is only considered confirmed once official confirmation has been provided by Lotus Pearl Massage.

In certain cases, such as peak hours, group bookings, or long treatment sessions, we may require a deposit in advance to secure the reservation.

Arrival time policy

To ensure the best experience, customers are kindly requested to arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures and prepare for the treatment session.

In case of late arrival:

If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, the treatment may still proceed, but the duration may be shortened to avoid affecting the next customer.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment to maintain overall operations.
For appointments with a deposit, the deposit may be non-refundable if you arrive later than the allowed time.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Lotus Pearl Massage understands that personal plans may change. We aim to be flexible; however, we kindly request early notice so that we can rearrange the schedule accordingly.

Cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time: No cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment: A reservation fee may apply, or the deposit may be non-refundable.

For rescheduling requests, customers are requested to notify us as early as possible so we can check room and therapist availability. Changes are subject to availability at the time of request.

Deposit and refund policy

If a deposit is required, the deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of appointment confirmation.

The deposit will:

Be deducted directly from the total service cost after the treatment is completed.
Be refunded if the customer cancels within the required notice period.
Not be refunded in cases of late cancellation or no-show without prior notice.

Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the original payment method.

Spa-initiated changes or cancellations

In certain unavoidable situations, such as technical issues, therapist health reasons, or emergencies, Lotus Pearl Massage may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

In such cases, we will:

Notify the customer as soon as possible.
Propose a suitable alternative time slot.
Refund the full deposit (if any).
