Cash Payment

Customers make payment directly at the reception desk after completing the treatment session. Our staff will confirm the services provided and the total amount due before collecting payment.

Bitcoin (BTC) Payment

Customers may pay using Bitcoin at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction:

  • The exchange rate will be determined based on the market price at the time of payment.
  • The transaction is considered complete only when the system confirms successful payment.
  • Any price fluctuations after transaction confirmation will not affect the amount already paid.

BenefitPay (BENEFITS)

Customers may make quick payments via the BenefitPay system using the information provided by Lotus Pearl Massage.

  • The transaction is considered confirmed when the system indicates successful payment.
  • In case of transaction errors, customers are requested to keep the receipt or screenshot for support assistance.

Deposit policy (If applicable)

In certain cases such as:

  • Booking during peak hours
  • Group bookings

Lotus Pearl Massage may require partial or full prepayment to secure the reservation. Any advance payment will be deducted from the total invoice upon completion of the service.

Refund policy

Refundable cases

Customers may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made within the required timeframe according to the Booking & Cancellation policy
  • The spa is unable to provide the service due to internal issues or force majeure events

Non-refundable cases

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:

  • Late cancellation or no-show without prior notice
  • Violation of spa regulations resulting in refusal of service
  • Services have been fully performed and no complaint was raised at the time of use

Refund processing time

Refund processing time depends on the original payment method:

  • Cash: Refunded directly at the spa as agreed
  • BenefitPay: Processed within 3–7 working days
  • Bitcoin: Refunded in Bitcoin based on the value at the time of refund; we are not responsible for market price fluctuations

Lotus Pearl Massage is not responsible for delays caused by banks, intermediary systems, or blockchain network processing times.
